Sustainability
For us, sustainability was a strategic priority before it took the form of our first sustainability report. Our mission is to provide efficient solutions for people and the environment.
Over time, we have invested in the recycling department, in the photovoltaic plant and we are implementing digital solutions for a paperless organizational culture. We consider that we have a special responsibility towards our shareholders, employees and business partners, as well as towards everything around us.
The TeraPlast Sustainability Report brings together our sustainability initiatives to better communicate the non-financial performance of the TeraPlast Group to all stakeholders.For us, sustainable development means the optimal management of the resources we have at our disposal, the identification and efficient management of areas with potential risk. We use recycled raw materials in the production processes and have patents for the recipes we use, while the economic advantages and quality obtained are proven. We set annual goals for responsible consumption of natural resources, optimal management of waste generated and increasing the quality of the work climate we offer. We develop products that have a minimal impact on the environment, which are safe for the end-users.
We want to show the business environment, our employees and all Romanians that responsibility does not complicate, but completes business development.
