The Polyvalent Hall in Bistrița will be named TeraPlast Arena

TeraPlast Group reaffirms its support for the local community and extends its support for CS Gloria 2018 Bistrita Năsăud within a contract whereby the new polyvalent hall in Bistrita will be named TeraPlast Arena.

The association agreement was concluded following a public auction, the object of which was the rental of advertising spaces, including the name of the hall.

The agreement is valid for a period of 5 years, with the possibility of extension through an addendum to the contract. The value of the contract exceeds 600 thousand lei/year.

„It's a new partnership for performance between TeraPlast and the local community. We are a sponsor of the handball team, the soul team of the people of Bistrita, and of the entire sports club in Bistrita for many years. Extending this collaboration through our participation in this auction was natural," said Alexandru Stânean, TeraPlast CEO. He added:

” Social responsibility and the interest in the development and well-being of the community are part of our organization's culture, and our focus is especially on education and sports. This new agreement cements our support for the local club, for the cultivation of talent and the growth of new performance athletes. Bistrita has a modern hall now, at the highest standards of quality and playing conditions, as the club, the athletes and all the residents of the city deserve.”

The new Polyvalent Hall was completed in 2022, following an investment of 27.3 million euros, with funding secured from both the national and local budgets.

In 2022, the sponsorship projects of TeraPlast Group reached a total value of almost 1.8 million lei, within the limits set by the legislation in force. The group is actively involved in social responsibility and environmental protection projects, which emphasize the sustainable, equitable and inclusive development of society and the economy.
