| 1. PVC profiles for wainscots and accesories |
Applications :
The PVC wainscots apply to the covering of internal walls and also of ceilings in apartments, offices, industrial halls and other civilian and industrial buildings at -5 ... 40°C. |
Advantages:
As compared to the traditional materials for inner and outer decorations, the PVC products have the following advantages: |
long lifetime |
| |
keep their shape and sizes in time; |
| |
do not need dyeing or varnishing; |
| |
high resistance to ageing, fungi, mouldiness and bacterial factors; |
| |
resistance to corrosion and humidity; |
| |
mechanical and physical characteristics superior to veneer’s; |
| |
simple, fast and neat mounting; |
| |
easy maintenance, reduced dust deposits; |
| |
do not maintain burning; |
| |
advantageous price. |

Mechanical and physical characteristics:
Aspect: |
The profiles have smooth surfaces, without burrs or unknown inclusions and stripes visible |
| |
| |
Colour: |
The colour is uniform for the entire surface. |

sncluded in C1 combustibility class. |
| |
Profiles blow out by themselves in 30 seconds after removing the flame. |
| |
| |

Traction mechanical characteristics: |
traction resistance: min. 38 N/mm² |

Charpy impact resistance at 23°±2C: min. 2,5 KJ/m² |
| |
| |
Chemical resistance: |
Profiles resist to the usual chemical substances attack. |

Colour:
one-coloured simple profiles, mass coloured, in a various range of colours, that could alternate when
mounting to allow the achievement of distinct aesthetical effect combinations; |
| |
dyed and varnished profiles of marble shade and different wood-like shades: white-wood, sycamore maple, pine, oak, mahogany, walnut, they are mostly alike with wooden veneer in aspect; the varnish covering the dyed surface ensures a good protection to mechanical actions of the dye layer; |
| |
ennobled by applying a foil on the surface, in different wood-like shades: white ash tree, pine, oak, and
also in a marble shade; the ennobled wainscots are mostly alike with wooden veneer, both aspect and
texture, but having a superior mechanical resistance. |
*Note:
The wainscots types that can be dyed and varnished are: ONG 101, ONG 102, ONG 103, ONG 250, ONG 250.02 and ONG 333.01
The dyed wainscots ONG 333.01 are coated with special glaze (Brilliant).
The wainscots types that can be ennobled are: ONG 101 designed for ennoblement.
