IV. 4. PE fittings by electro-fusion

Electro-fusion fittings are made throug injection and have an
inner electrical resistance which allows electro-welding.

Mounting by electro-fusion:

		electro-fusion is made using a special welding device, as it follows:
		the chamfered and degreased pipe is inserted up to the fitting curb;
		it is fixed using the fixative system the fitting contains;
		the welding device is connected to the clamps that
		correspond to the electric resistances of the fitting; after checking-up, the welding process is started.
