IV. 3. PE fittings by “head to head” welding:

These fittings are made through thermic welding from pipe segments or injection;

Applications:

for PE networks to transportation and distribution water and gas;

Range of diameters:

Ø 75-630 mm;

Whole range:

tee pieces, elbows, reducers, flanges, caps, etc.

Mounting of but welding fittings is made using a special device, following these steps:

		both ends to be joint are fixed in the device's blades and are cut with an electric cutter
		both ends to be joint are heated with an electric plane until the melted material will form a bead of 1-2 mm.
		the electric plane is taken away and the heated surfaces are put into contact, keeping them pressed for a period of time specified by the producer.
