IV. Confections from aluminium

Teraplast also manufactures confections with aluminum profiles:
heavy traffic doors;
    show windows;
    partition walls;
    curtain walls, face walls, aluminum plates.

General characteristics of aluminium confections:
house breaking protection;
    easy maintenance due to anti-corrosion and anti-static dye layer;
    multi-point closing;
    non-inflammable;
    roll-tilting confections;
    wide range of colours;
    sunlight protection (optional);

 

Characteristics of the confections made with 4300 Light Multilock and 4600 Smart Multilock profiles
good looking, due to the slightly shaped surfaces;
    use of larmier not mandatory, due to the modern design;
    sealing on 3 rows of gaskets made of specific metal, for proper sealing against water, air and noise;
    optional rofiles provided with thermal barrier 24 mm thick for exterior-interior insulation can be used;
    thermo-insulating glass with low emissivity, provided with 2 or 3 glass foils, sealed and filled with insulating gas;
    glass up to 40 mm thick can be used;

Characteristics of the confetctions made with 2300 Light profiles:
classic look, due to straight shape of surfaces
    use of larmier not mandatory, due to the modern design
    sealing on 2 rows of gaskets made of specific metal
    thermo-insulating glass with low emissivity, provided with 2 or 3 glass layers, sealed and filled with insulating gas
    it can be used simple glass of various thicknesses or thermo-insulating glass 20 mm thick
    light weight of the confection
  
Characteristics of the confections made with 7200 profiles for curtain walls:
large glass surfaces;
    thermal solar radiation is capitalized;
    negative effects of sunlight are diminished;
    very good phonic insulation by using special glass;
    vertical, horizontal or inclined walls can be manufactured.
