Why are 5 insulating chambers better?
Better thermic and phonic insulation
Because of the larger width of the profile (75 mm comparing to 60 mm at the 3 chambers profiles), higher number of insulating chambers (5 comparing to 3), remarkable thermo-insulating charachteristics of PVC, possibility to set a thermo-insulating glass with a thickness up to 33 mm the number of thermic and phonic “barriers” which interpose on the direction of the thermic transfer and the sound’s spreading are being erased. Thus it can be obtained a small value of thermic transfer (k=1,3 W/mp*K comparing to k=1,7W/mp*K at the 3 insulating chambers profiles) and a better phonic insulation(37-45 db).
Better tightness
The higher rigidity of the profile, the geometry and elasticity of the gaskets ensure a better tightness to air and water, which can be improved by the possibility to set optionally a third gasket.
High creep strength
For a higher creep strength it has been developed an increasing number of the profiles’ internal walls and the possibility of setting a closed iron reinforcement.
All these characteristics result in an important decreasing of heating consumption, ensuring altogether the comfort and quietness of every space. |

Class A profile
According to SR EN 12608/2003, for the harsh climate zone of Romania the use of class A profiles,
is recomended, because they have: -an outer wall thickness >2,8 mm (visible area)and > 2,5 mm ( invisibil area)-an inner wall thickness of minimum 1 mm |

A lifetime resistant profile
Special rigidity characteristics of the Orizont 5000 system (welding durability, reduced warps if bended, shock conduct), along with the use of zinc-coated steel reinforcements, ensure a lifetime window resistance. Same durability of the profiles is ensured by very good resistance to bad weather, UV and thermic variations. |

Cold protection
The complete system of 5 insulating chambers, with its 3 sealing gaskets, larger width of the profile, median sealing wind, together with the possibility of mounting a thermo- insulating glass up to 33 mm thickness was especially created to obtain a higher thermic insulation degree, owing to a small value of thermic transfer (k= 1,3 W/mp*K) |

Noise protection
Noise is nowadays a problem for each of us. The Orizont 5000 system with 5 insulating chambers, 75 mm width and posibility to mount a thermo-insulating glass up to 33 mm thickness allows the obtaining of a noise reducing index of about 37-45 db, which ensures the comfort and quietness we all need. |
Humidity protection
The Orizont 5000 system does not allow humidity resulted from rains to enter or the condense to appear onto the window, having a better tightness to air and water owing to its 3 sealing gaskets (most of systems have only 2 gaskets). With the Orizont 5000 system the condense does not appear unless for a humidity of the inside air of more than 81%, while with 3 chambers systems it appears at humidity of 75%(thermic conditions: -4 C outside, +20 C inside) |

An economic profile
Owing to the high thermic comfort degree it guarantees, the Orizont 5000 system ensures an important economy of the expenses with the heating of living spaces. Thus, an energy economy of 35%/ liniar meter of profile is made annually, that means a decreasing of energetic losses with 140 kWh/ year. |
